Devoted and beloved wife of her late husband Dominic Polimeni, mother of Dr. Marc Polimeni and his wife Denise, and grandmother of Alexandra Polimeni. Cherished sister of Natalie Williamson and her late husband Jerold. Dearly loved aunt of her many nieces and nephews as well as great-aunt of grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
Cira was born in Garfield, NJ on January 2, 1934. She was a very successful and much respected Executive Secretary at both Curtis Wright Corp. and Mitsui Corp. for 20 years each. She adored her late husband, Dom, whom she would cook delicious Italian meals with. Cira loved to garden, was a competitive bowler, and played the piano her entire life. She was a valued friend and an honored member of the Fair Lawn Senior Center.
A mass celebrating Cira’s life will be held on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 at 11:00 am at Church of the Nativity (315 Prospect Street, Midland Park, NJ).
