BENDER, Donald J., 57, of Bradley Beach, NJ, formerly of Hillsdale, NJ, passed away on Sunday, October, 20, 2013. Donald is survived by his mother Elizabeth “Betsy” Bender, his sister Linda Muroski, and his two nieces Megan and Sara Muroski all of Hillsdale, NJ.
Donald, one of the most caring individuals for others, was an EMT and a member of the Bradley Beach Volunteer Ambulance Squad where he was recognized for his efforts during Super Storm Sandy.
There will be a graveside service on Saturday, October, 26, 2013 at 1pm at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Bradley Beach Volunteer Ambulance Squad to honor Donald.
