Elaine Irene Smith Boyle, 79, a former longtime resident of River Vale, passed away with her family by her side, on Wednesday, September 5, 2012 in Rochester, NY. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Mrs. Boyle began her career at Metropolitan Life Insurance Company in New York. She also was a longtime employee of the Community Life Newspaper. Mrs. Boyle was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years, James C. Boyle in 1999. A devoted mother of Susan Boyle Stoev, of Pittsford, NY and Regina Boyle Wheeler, of Roswell, GA. Mother-in-law of Steve Stoev and William J. Wheeler Jr. Loving grandmother of Michael and Kristina Stoev and Matthew and Patrick Wheeler. A funeral liturgy will be celebrated at St. Andrew’s R.C. Church, Westwood, NJ on Monday, September 10, 2012 at 10:30am. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington, NJ. Visiting hours will be on Sunday, September 9, 2012 from 2pm to 5pm at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ,
