Elvira Facciano

FACCHIANO, Elvira (nee Majonica), 82, of Westwood, NJ, formerly of Bronx, NY, passed away on Friday, July 13, 2012. Elvira was born in Bronx, NY to Arthur and Amelia Majonica. Before retiring, she was employed by the Westwood Police Dept. as a Meter Maid for 26 years. After retirement, she was a school crossing guard for the Borough of Westwood, and will be greatly missed by the children of Zion Lutheran School. Beloved wife of the late Angelo L. Facchiano. Devoted mother of Linda Facchiano, Julie Muni and her late husband Victor, Michael Facchiano and the late Angela Facchiano. Loving grandmother of Michael, Matthew, Victor, Jr., Anthony, Michael Brian, Joseph, David, Steven and Deon. Cherished great grandmother of Anthony, Michael and Kyndal. Dear sister of the late Lenore Medeo and her husband Rocco. Also survived by many sister and brother in laws. The family will receive their relatives and friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Sunday, 2-6PM and Monday, 2-4 and 7-9PM. The Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, at St. Andrew R.C. Church, Westwood, NJ at 10AM. Entombment will follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
