Frank Edward Arrigo 92 of Bradenton, FL, formerly of Old Tappan, NJ, died Thursday, July 8, 2021 at Jersey Shore Univ. Medical Center, Neptune, NJ. Born in Brooklyn, NY. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. Frank attended New York University and the Rusk Institute where he earned his degree in Physical Therapy. Frank’s license is #14 in New Jersey for physical therapy, he owned and operated his own practice in Westwood, NJ. He was an avid golfer at Tara and Fairway Mews.
Frank was predeceased by his parents, Cyro and Katherine Arrigo, his first wife Florence Arrigo and his 2nd wife Antoinette Arrigo, his sister Dorothy Galante, his brother Dr. John Arrigo and his daughter in law Amy Arrigo. Surviving are his children, Dr. Stephan Arrigo of West Chester, PA, Katherine L. Lein and her husband Arthur of Brick, NJ, Anne Marie Heuchan of Pt. Pleasant Beach, NJ, Francis E. Arrigo (Karin) of Lavallette, NJ, Francine Espanola of Ramsey, NJ. He also leaves 12 grandchildren, Adam, Sarah, Jeremy, Kaitlyn, James, Thomas, Emily, Frank, Robert, Giovanna, Samantha, Kelly and 1 great grandson Jackson.
The family will receive guests at O'Brien Funeral Home, 2028 Hwy 35 at New Bedford Rd., Wall, NJ on Monday, July 12, 2021 from 1-3PM with a Celebration of life and faith at 2:30pm. The family will receive guests at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Rd., in Westwood, NJ on Thursday, July 15, 2021 from 11AM-2PM with committal at Garden of Memories in Township of Washington, NJ to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Frank’s name to Alzheimer’s Association, 23 Vreeland Rd #105, Florham Park, NJ 07932 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
