

Gerald “Gerry” Lloyd Geltman, passed away on January 2, 2026, at the age of 91. Born on February 1, 1934, Gerald was a compassionate soul who touched the lives of many. He resided in Park Ridge, New Jersey, where he was a cherished member of the community.
Gerald achieved his Bachelor's Degree from Alfred University, which marked the beginning of a life filled with learning and sharing his knowledge with others.
He was a devoted husband to his wife Susan for 51 years. Gerald was the loving father of Lisa Ann Lawton and her husband Kevin, David Geltman-Mangan and his husband Chuck, and Paul Geltman and his wife Rena. He was the proud grandfather of Dylan, Ryan, Vanessa, Daniel, Isabella (Steve), Julian, and Ana, and the great-grandfather of Montgomery. Gerald is also survived by his brother Richard and his wife Debbie. He will be fondly remembered by his health aide Emmanuel.
Gerald had a passion for art painting and gardening, and he cherished spending his summers in Toms River and Puerto Rico. He found joy in spending time with his family and his beloved dog, Mackenzie.
He was actively involved in his community as a member of the BC Artist Guild and the Pascack Art Association. Gerald shared his love for art by teaching at the YMHA in the Township of Washington and owned and operated the Art and Frame Shop in Westwood for over 20 years.
A visitation will be held at Becker Funeral Home, located at 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ, 07675, on January 6, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
Gerald Lloyd Geltman will be remembered for his compassion, dedication, and the love he shared with those around him.
