Helen M. Gedarovich

GEDAROVICH, Helen, 89, of Washington Township, NJ, passed in her sleep on, August 2, 2014. Born in Brooklyn, New York to Benigna Ramoska and John Zabarauskas. Her marriage to Albin Gedarovich in 1950 lasted until his death in 1984. Predeceased by brothers, John and William, she remained the loving mother to two sons and three daughters. Helen joyfully raised her family in Bayside, New York and worked side-by-side with her husband in his pediatric medical practice. In her later years, Helen was a volunteer at The Valley Hospital for more than 25 years. She was also an active member of the Washington Township Golden Seniors, and an avid card player with her dear friends. But above all she loved to laugh with her tightly-knit family. She is survived by her sons: Robert Gedarovich and his wife Nancy, and Donald Gedarovich and his wife Patricia, and by daughters: Joan Murray and her husband Ken, Nancy Strickland and her husband Thomas, and Alison Brande and her husband Christopher.
