HILLER, James Sr., of Montvale, NJ, passed away on Tuesday, November 21st, 2017. Jim is survived by his wife of 59 years Virginia; his children James Jr. and his partner Maureen and her 5 children; his daughter Amy and her husband Paul Griffin and his grandchildren Ryan and Kelly. Jim was a proud veteran serving in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Upon his return, he happily volunteered to join the Cresskill Fire Dept. He started his career working for NJ Bell and retiring at a supervising position for Lucent Technology. Jim was an avid fisherman and spent the better part of his days on his boat. The family will receive guests at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood, NJ on Friday, November 24th from 2-4 and 7-9PM. A Committal service will be held at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ on Saturday, November 25th at 11AM.
