

Jerry was born on January 10, 1936, in New York City. He graduated from Cardinal Hayes high school and attended Fordham University. He was a loving husband, son, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend to many.
He was pre-deceased by his first wife Anne (O’Shea) Mullins, his parents John and Concha (Martinez) Mullins, sister Rosemarie Varriale, brother-in-law Carlo (Charlie) Varriale, daughters Rita Cordova and Catherine McGrath, grandson Larry Skamarycz, great granddaughter Millie Mullins and several loving
in-laws. He is survived by his devoted wife Mary (Moylan) Mullins, children: John, Lorraine Bhagat (David), Rosemarie Nutile (Robert), Mercedes Skamarycz (Lawrence), grandchildren: Jillian Cordova, Samantha Sanderson (Jamaal), Jonathan Cordova (Melissa), Jeremiah Mullins (Madison), Anthony Mullins, Francesco (Frankie) Nutile, Gianna Nutile, Shane Skamarycz, Anne Skamarycz, Elijah Bhagat,
great grandchildren: Mackenzie and Mason Sanderson, Aubree and Jeremiah Cordova, Maya Mullins, William Brown, son-in-law Timothy McGrath, brother-in-law Thomas Moylan (Ann Marie) sisters-in-law: Rose O’Shea, Anastasia Sweet (Daniel), Margaret Weber, Patricia Tanner (Keith), Melody Moylan and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Jerry began his distinguished Wall St career at Grimm & Co in 1954. He worked his way upward and onward holding several management positions during his 46 years in the business and retired as Executive Vice President/Director from Morgan Stanley in 2001. He served as President and Director of The Securities Traders Association of NY, Chairman of The National Association of Security Dealers and sat on boards of other industry affiliations. He was a proud member of the Hillsdale Volunteer Fire Department for 26 years during that time serving as Chief and Captain. A faithful parishioner of Our Lady Mother of the Church in Woodcliff Lake. Jerry enjoyed traveling (especially taking cruises with his entire immediate family), golfing, reading and watching the Yankees. As a member of the Rockland Country Club, he enjoyed playing golf with a group of good friends. He served as Chairman of the House, Publication and Entertainment committees and Board Member on several other committees.
Jerry was a charming, humorous, generous man. Always ready to lend a helping hand, share his knowledge and provide guidance. He was a great influence on many in both his personal and professional lives. Jerry will be greatly missed. His legacy of kindness, generosity and love will continue to live on in the hearts of those he leaves behind.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 29, 2025, from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ 07675
A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at 10:00AM at Our Lady Mother of the Church, 209 Woodcliff Avenue, Woodcliff Lake, NJ 07677.
