John P. Thalmann, 83, of Washington Twsp., passed away on August 29th, 2018. Beloved husband of Joan Thalmann (Mazzei), adored father of Melissa Frank and her husband David, cherished grandfather of Brian and Eric Frank. His greatest joys came from being with his family and friends. He was an avid NY Rangers fan but mainly a fan of any team his grandsons played on. He will be dearly missed by many who were fortunate to call him "friend". John lived his life "For The Boys" and was grateful for his grandson’s experiences at Don Bosco Prep H.S.
Friends and family may visit on Monday September 3rd from 3 p.m. - 7 p.m.at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood NJ. The funeral mass will be 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady Mother of the Church in Woodcliff Lake, NJ on Tuesday September 4th.
