Joseph S. Jasionowski

JASIONOWSKI, Joseph S., 79, of Oradell, NJ, formerly of Brooklyn, NY, passed away on Friday, March 28th, 2025. Joseph is survived by his beloved wife Joan. His children Glen and his wife Maria, Jen Danforth and her husband Dennis, and Lori Aiello and her husband Jimmy. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Victoria, Joseph, and Samantha and his siblings brother Anthony and his wife Kathleen and sister Christina Blum. He is predeceased by his brothers John and Richard. He is also predeceased by his parents, Victoria and Joseph Jasionowski.

Joe received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Fordham University in 1966. He then received his MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and completed the Harvard University Advanced Management program in Executive Management. Joe had a very successful three-decade career in banking, holding several Executive roles for Manufacturers Hanover and Citibank.

Joe was notoriously frugal with himself and graciously generous with others. He was an avid reader and a well-traveled man. If you were taking a trip, you could be sure Joe had many quality recommendations for you. In his free time, he enjoyed spending as much time with his family as possible, including his yearly family vacation in Sandbridge, VA.

Cremation held privately. A Celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 10th at 10AM at Our Lady of Victories at 150 Harriot Avenue, Harrington Park, NJ 07640 followed by a repast at 11 AM at Sear House, 411 Piermont Rd, Closter, NJ 07624.
