Katherine Dale, 98, of Westwood, NJ, passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017. Born in New York, NY, to Wilbur C. and Winifred Lamphier.
Dale had a successful career at Met Life, loved traveling and was most rewarded as the Church Secretary and sharing God’s love as a Sunday School Teacher at Parkside Community Church in Westwood, formally the Reformed Church of Westwood.
Beloved sister of the late Wilbur Lamphier, Henry Lamphier; and Philip Lamphier, aunt of Robert Lamphier and his wife JoAnn, Henry Lamphier and his wife Janet, the late David Lamphier and his wife Linda, and the late Kathy Newman; and several grandnieces and grandnephews. Dale also leaves behind a host of good friends including many who elected her their “Grandmother”.
Visitation with friends and family at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Saturday 11AM-1PM, with a service at 1PM. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus, NJ.
