

Columbus, Ohio- Marilyn Patricia Tallon (nee Engelman), 82, of Columbus, Ohio; formerly of Hillsdale and Montvale, passed away on July 23rd surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 21, 1930 in New York City spending her childhood in Hillsdale. Marilyn raised her children in Montvale with her former husband, Robert Tallon where she was a parishioner at Our Lady of Mercy Church, a softball coach, a member of the TriBoro Ambulance Corps, business manager of Noyes Publications in Park Ridge, office manager of Westwood Auto Techs and office manager of Broadway Pediatrics in Westwood.
A loving mother and grandmother, and loyal friend, Marilyn is survived by her children, Linda and Tom Golin of River Vale, NJ, Debbie and John Bilinski of Pittsgrove, NJ, Judy and Rich Bleier of Worthington, Ohio, Chris and Liza Tallon of Hilliard, Ohio, John Tallon of Columbus, Ohio, and Barbara and Doug Kelly of Hilliard, Ohio; fourteen grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and her dear friends since kindergarten, Carol, Gloria and Betty. She is predeceased by her son, Peter and her parents, Vera and Nick Engelman
The family will receive friends at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Rd, Westwood from 4-8pm on Friday, July27th. Friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass which will be held at Our Lady of Mercy R.C. Church, Park Ridge, NJ on Saturday, July 28th at 10:30 AM. Interment will be at George Washington Memorial Park in Paramus, NJ.
