Richard Sirianni

Richard Sirianni, 85, of Westwood, NJ passed away peacefully on December 2, 2024. Beloved husband of Myra Sirianni for 61 years. Devoted father to Richard Sirianni and his wife Susan, Robert Sirianni and his wife Ellen, and Leslie Thompson and her husband James. Loving grandfather to Patrick Sirianni. Beloved brother to Robert Lewis. Rich was predeceased by his siblings, Dolores, Donald, Joseph, Anthony, John and Paul.

Richard was born and raised in Long Branch, NJ. He and Myra raised their family in West New York, Fairview, and Westwood. They moved to Monroe Township before returning to Westwood in recent years.

Rich proudly served our country in the United States Air Force. He was an avid fan of all New York sports, especially the NY Yankees and NY Giants. He loved to spend his free time golfing, solving 3-D puzzles, playing poker in the kitchen and fishing locally. Rich especially enjoyed coaching little league baseball in Westwood when his children were growing up. He was also the master chef during the holidays and loved making Christmas special, whether it was making Struffoli and Christmas Cookies, cooking his world famous sauce and meatballs, or decorating the tree with tinsel, strand by strand.

Visitation will be held on Sunday from 12:00 – 4:00 at Becker Funeral Home, Westwood. Visitation will be held on Monday from 9:00 am - 10:30 am. Entombment will be held on Monday, at 10:45 am at Garden of Memories in Washington Township. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to stjude.org/donate
