Ronald L. McCarty

Beloved husband of Nelida McCarty. Devoted father of Ken Marrs, Vicki McCarty-King, Michael McCarty and William McCarty. Dear brother of Richard McCarty and Mildred Tucker. Loving grandfather of Alexander and Amelia McCarty, Trevor Marrs, Tyler Kunzman, Jack and Penelope Cushman, Michelle Cadena, Michael Wiese and Nicolas Muenchow; great-grandfather to Phillip, Stephenie, Tim, Ken and Samantha Cadena, Corbin and Lily Wiese, Carter and Hailey Muenchow; great-great-grandfather to Alister Cadena.

Born in Hawthorne, CA, he lived in Upper Saddle River, NJ for 35 years. Ronald was a freelance artist and illustrator. He served in the Navy during World War II.

The family will receive their relatives and friends on Friday, January 20th 2023 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ.

A Mass celebrating Ronald’s life and faith will be held on Saturday January 21st 2023 at 10:00 am at The Church of the Presentation, 271 West Saddle River Road, Upper Saddle River, NJ 07458.
