Rudolph grew up in West New York, NJ and graduated from Memorial High School. He was a Navy Veteran of Korea. He graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1968. He was a former council president and member of the town council in River Vale, NJ. Funeral Liturgy at Church of St. Pius X, Old Tappan, NJ on Wednesday at 10 AM.
