Therese C. Bailey

A devoted and loving wife to the late Vincent of 52 years, beloved mother of the late Robert, Kevin (Barbara), Vincent (Maud) and James (Ellen), and loving grandmother to Shannon, Andrea, Sean, Kyle, Jack, Russell, JP and Andrew. Adoring great-grandmother to Randy, Emily, Payten,Trinity, Skyler, Adam, Mathew and Logan. Dear sister of the late Eleanor Heide and beloved aunt of many nieces and nephews.

Born March 1, 1927, Therese was raised in Forest Hills, NY and later lived in Rego Park. She worked as a teller before dedicating her life to raising her four sons. After moving to Park Ridge she returned to banking as a mortgage clerk at Chase Manhattan in Montvale. She was a long-time parishioner of Our Lady of Mercy and volunteered at the Family Promise Of Bergen County Dinner Program for the Homeless. Her life's work, however, was her family and nothing brought her more joy and pride than their company.

Visitation will be at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood on Wednesday October 11 from 2-5 and 7-9pm. Funeral will be at Our Lady of Mercy in Park Ridge on Thursday October 12th at 11am followed by burial at Ascension Cemetery in Monsey, NY.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Family Promise Of Bergen County Dinner Program for the Homeless.
