

Aida was known for not only being selfless, but also putting the needs of others before her own. She was also known for her delicious meals she would prepare with love for her family. She will also be remembered for her love of dancing, her craft of knitting and playing the odds with her trips to the casino and her nights out playing Bingo.
She will be dearly missed by her loving family, her children; Julio Maldonado and his wife Cynthia, Joel Maldonado and his wife Johandra, Carlos Mulero and his wife Mindy and Naldo Mulero and her precious 13 grandchildren as well as three great-grandchildren and a soon to be fourth. She also leaves her brother, Pedro Lugo and many nieces and nephews. Aida was predeceased by her brothers; Vicente, Emilio and Jose and her sisters; Maria, Nativida, Margarite and Casilda.
A visitation for Aida will be held on Saturday, March 8, from 9-11:30 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Boulevard, Wethersfield. A religious ceremony will follow at 11:30 a.m. Burial will be in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
