Anna David

Anna David, 99, of Hartford, beloved wife of John David, passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on Friday, March 6, 2015 with her loving family by her side. Anna was born in Unionville on December 20, 1915 but lived most of her life in Hartford. She worked as a telephone operator for Southern New England Telephone for many years. She as a longtime, faithful communicant of St. Luke’s Church, Hartford and enjoyed gardening, sewing, interior design and music. In addition to her devoted husband John, Anna is survived by her two children, Edward Milikowski and Anne Tardif, both of Enfield; her daughter-in-law, Lina Milikowski of Wethersfield; seven adored grandchildren; 17 cherished great-grandchildren and six special great-great-granchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved son and daughter, John “Jack” Milikowski and Rosemary Francolini; her daughter-in-law, Ann Milikowski and two sons-in-law, George Francolini and Leo Tardif.

Funeral services will begin Wednesday at 8 a.m. at the D’Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9 a.m. at St. Luke’s Church, 66 Bolton St., Hartford.
