Barbara Lynn (Bissell) Harrison, 74, of West Hartford, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 22, 2023 at UCONN Medical Center after a long illness. Born on May 3, 1949 in Manchester, CT., she was the daughter of Jane (Witkowski) Bissell. Barbara was a passionate person, with a generous spirit; a fighter who never backed down from what life sent her way. She was loved, and will be missed.
Barbara is survived by her son Timothy Harrison of New Jersey, her sister Gail Ammerman and her husband Wesley of West Hartford, her brother Timothy Bissell and his husband Curtis Harwell of NY, and her sister Renee Antoinetti and her husband John of Rocky Hill. She is also survived by a niece and nephew.
