Constance Finnegan, 68, of Manchester, passed away Sunday (May 15, 2011) after a courageous battle with cancer. Daughter of the late Doug and Kitty Russell, Connie graduated from WHS and attended St. Joseph's College and UCONN. She retired from Sears after 25 years and MARC after 15 years. She leaves her children, Peter, Sharon and Sean; her siblings, Doug Russell, Fran Kelly and Janice Markey; her grandchildren, Sarah, Meghan, P.J., Molly, Justin, Sean and Marissa, four nephews and six nieces.
