

Dolores Elizabeth (Stefano) Brunetti, 82, of Wethersfield, loving wife of the late Salvatore F. Brunetti, passed away peacefully, Saturday, September 11, 2010 at Hartford Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 11, 1927 in Hartford and was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Rose (Stavola) Stefano. She was formerly employed by the State of Connecticut and Travelers Insurance Company. Dolores was a longtime faithful communicant of the Church of the Incarnation where she attended daily Mass, was one of the founders of the Rosary Group and a member of the Women's Club and Shawl Ministry. She is survived by her son, Donald Brunetti and wife, Madeleine of Rocky Hill and a daughter, Dianne Wolf and husband, Kurt of Winter Garden, Florida, grandchildren, Michael Perodeau, Jr., Jonathan Perodeau, Marc Brunetti and wife, Laurel and Liza Brunetti, a great grandson, Christopher Brunetti, a brother, Michael Stefano and wife, Lois of Rocky Hill, sisters, Jean Damato of Avon, Tina Connolly of Wethersfield, Mary Frances Ensign and Lawrence Plante of Berlin and Nancy Abbate and husband, Donald of Wethersfield, sister-in-law, Dolores Stefano of Wethersfield, her former son-in-law, Michael Perodeau, Sr. of Rocky Hill as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a brother, John A. Stefano, sisters, Margaret Marek and Rose Stefano, brothers-in-law, Andrew Marek, Myles Connolly, Sr. , Robert Ensign, Sr. and Nicholas Damato, Sr. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect Street. Wethersfield. Everyone is asked to go directly to the church. The burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, New Britain. Calling hours are Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd. Wethersfield.
