

Florence A. Loguidice, 83, of Prospect St., Wethersfield, wife of the late Joseph Loguidice died Monday (February 25, 2008), at Ellis Manor in Hartford. Born in Hartford, daughter of the late George and Clotilde (DiGiovanni) Piacentini, she lived in Wethersfield most of her life. Florence led a simple life that revolved around her loving family, devoted friends and precious grandchildren. Her family is extremely grateful to the staff at Ellis Manor for the care she received while she was there. Florence is survived by her two children; a son, Anthony 'Bo' Loguidice, his wife Lindsay, their two children and Florence's dear grandchildren, Leah and Jay; a daughter, Candace 'Candy' Loguidice, all of Wethersfield; two sisters, Josephine Lombardo and her husband Joseph of Wethersfield and Leonora Setaro and her husband Anthony of Cromwell, two brothers, Frank Centini and his wife Betty Ann of Cromwell and Robert Piacentini and his wife Kathy of Windsor, many loving nieces and nephews and a multitude of special friends. Florence was predeceased by a sister, Theresa Petruzella and a brother, Carl Piacentini. Funeral services will be Friday February 29 at 9 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at the Church of the Incarnation, 544 Prospect St, Wethersfield.
