Helen (Procaccini) Miley LeBlanc passed away on Friday (December 29, 2006) at Wethersfield Health Care. She was born October 20, 1918 in Hartford, the daughter of the late Angelo and Carmela Procaccini. Helen was employed at the Institute of Living for many years before her retirement and was an active member of the Elmwood Senior Citizens Club. She is survived by her daughter Beverly Dillon of East Hartford, and her devoted sister Angeline Armillei of Wethersfield. She is also survived by her daughters-in-law Dorothy Sipes and Pauline Miley and their families, and several nieces and nephews. Helen was pre-deceased by her two husbands, Frank Miley and Russell LeBlanc, two sons, Richard and John Miley, her granddaughter Maureen Dillon, and her son-in-law, Richard Dillon.
