Jean Cohen (Parcesepe)

Jean (Parcesepe) Cohen, 69, of East Hartford, beloved wife of William Cohen, entered into eternal rest on Friday, (November 19, 2010). She was born in New Haven, daughter of Josephine (Chairo) Parcesepe and the late Olympio Parcesepe. Jean was a member of the PTA at Robert J. O'Brien School, president of the PTO at Dr. John A. Langford School, a member of the East Hartford Historical Society, and she loved to collect knick-knacks'. Jean was employed by Saint Francis Hospital for 18 years; she was also a crossing guard in East Hartford until her recent illness. Besides her husband of 49 years, Jean is survived by her two sons Jonathan Cohen and his wife Diane of New Britain, and Mark Cohen of Broad Brook; her sister June Brouillette of East Hartford; four grandchildren Max, Mackenzie, Madison and Riley Cohen as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be Tuesday, November 23 from 9 - 11 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield.
