Joseph J. Dombrowski, 88, of Wethersfield, husband of the late Josephine (Toce) Dombrowski, died on Tuesday, (October 14, 2008) in Hartford. Born in Hartford, son of the late John and Mary (Ciurkot) Dombrowski, he lived in West Hartford for more than 50 years prior to moving to Wethersfield two years ago. Joe was a U.S. Army veteran having served in WWII and was employed as a tool & die maker at Jacobs Manufacturing in West Hartford before his retirement. He is survived by two loving children; a son, John 'Jack'Dombrowski and a daughter, Joann Dombrowski, both of Wethersfield; a brother, John Dombrowski and his wife Amelia of Newington and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be Friday at 11 a.m. at the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd, Wethersfield. Burial will be in Village Cemetery, Wethersfield.
