Mary (portuese) Bisaillon

Mary (Portuese) Bisaillon, 79, of Hartford, beloved wife of the late Edward Bisaillon, passed away Sunday, (September 6, 2009). She was born January 15, 1930 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter of the late Vincenzo and Nazarena (Bordieri) Portuese. Prior to her retirement Mary was employed by the Phoenix Insurance Company in Hartford. She was a past member of the Barry Square Seniors and enjoyed singing and drawing. Mary is survived by a daughter Denise Bisaillon of West Hartford; a brother Joseph and his wife Carol Portuese of Windsor Locks; a sister Lucy Tatem of Wethersfield; a sister-in-law Mary Portuese of Simi Valley, CA; a dear friend Felicia Villeneuve of Hartford and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends. She was predeceased by a brother Vincent Portuese and a sister Lena Denardis. Mary's family would like to extent a special thank you to the staff at the Rocky Hill Nursing and Rehab Center and the Masonicare Home Health and Hospice. Funeral services will leave Thursday September 10 at 9:15 a.m. from the D'Esopo Funeral Chapel, 277 Folly Brook Blvd., Wethersfield for a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Luke's Church, 66 Bolton St., Hartford. Burial will follow in Mt. St. Benedict Cemetery, Bloomfield.
