Michele F. Connors

Michele (Franco) Connors, 78, of Wethersfield, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 17, 2024. Born in Hartford on May 22, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Mary (DeFronzo) Franco. Michele was a graduate of Bulkeley High School in Hartford and later worked as an executive assistant for Ames Department Stores, and the accounting firms of Arthur Anderson and Haggett Longobardi until she retired. She had a passion for cooking, especially Italian dishes that she enjoyed sharing with family and friends. When she wasn't watching a cooking show, she may have been found searching for a new recipe in one of the many cookbooks she collected.

Michele enjoyed traveling and considered her trips to Italy with her sister Carole among her most cherished memories. She looked forward to planting herbs and vegetables in her potted plants as soon as the weather would allow.

A loving mother and grandmother, Michele will be forever missed by her daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and David Charbonneau of Tolland and her two adored grandchildren who brought her so much joy, Courtney and Christopher Charbonneau. She is also survived by her former husband, Edward Connors, as well as many extended family members and friends. In addition to her parents, Michele was sadly predeceased by her beloved son, Todd E. Connors and two sisters, Carole Joslyn and Diane Chouinard.
