

Born in Hartford on July 3, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Eileen (Phoenix) Hackwood and had lived in the area all her life. Married to Lyman Phelps Harding, Jr. on October 9,1965 at First Church of Christ (United Church of Christ) in Wethersfield.
Pam earned an Associate’s Degree and worked as a secretary for the State of CT, Dept of Public Health. She was a longtime member of Wethersfield United Methodist Church. She and Lyman shared a beautiful life together and had many adventures. Music played a significant role in both of their lives.
Pam has many family members and friends in CT, around the U.S. and from Great Britain that she treasured and adored. These relationships sustained Pam and she was exceedingly grateful for each and every one.
There will be a graveside service on Friday, June 12 at 12:30 p.m. at Village Cemetery, 1 Marsh Street, Wethersfield.
