Patricia Gail Plenzio, 62, of East Windsor, loving wife of Bruce J. Plenzio for 34 years, died peacefully, Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Hartford Hospital with her devoted family by her bedside. She was born April 5, 1953 in Norwich and was the daughter of the late Joseph Peter Kropp and Lois Harriett (Merritt) Kropp. Patty was employed by Big Y for several years. She enjoyed word searches, doing cross word puzzles and watching UCONN Huskies Women’s Basketball. Besides her husband Bruce, she leaves behind her loving daughter, Cindy Plenzio, sisters, Nancy Kropp and Lorrie Bourland, her mother-in-law, Rose Plenzio, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Robert and Toni Plenzio and Pat and Lori Plenzio, as well as many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be Saturday (March 12) at 11:00 a.m. at the Union Congregational Church, 3 Elm Street, Rockville. Calling hour will be at the church from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
