Patrick Stoto

Patrick Stoto, Jr., 75 of Old Saybrook, formerly a resident of Wethersfield for over 40 years, beloved husband of Carolyn (Tosto) Stoto for 46 years, died Saturday (November 30, 2013). Pat was born July 8, 1938 in Hartford and was the son of the late Patrick and Lillian (Valdambrini) Stoto. He owned and operated Carolyn Pool & Patio in Newington for 40 years. Pat was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather who will be dearly missed. He will always be remembered for his gentle smile and the good-natured way he treated everyone. Besides his loving wife, he is survived by his two daughters, Nancy Amenta and husband, Richard of Westbrook and Patricia Ossino and husband, Frank of Glastonbury; grandchildren, Ashley and Nancy Amenta and Francesco, Andrew and Angelina Ossino and a great grandson, Christopher. He will be sadly missed by his beloved aunt, Gloria Valdambrini of Essex. Pat was predeceased by his son, Matthew Stoto. Funeral and burial will be private and there will not be any calling hours.
