Ronald “Ron” Mayette, 72, of Rocky Hill, beloved husband for 54 years of Thea (Tangarone) Mayette, passed away on Wednesday, April 29, 2020. Born in Hartford on April 20, 1948, he was the son of the late Walter and Glena (Brown) Mayette. Ron was the owner and operator of R & M Carpet and Flooring Sales in Cromwell for many years. In addition he coached McKinley Crafa Little League and he enjoyed golfing.
A loving husband, father and grandfather, he will be forever missed by his devoted wife Thea; two sons, Jeff Mayette of South Windsor and Paul Mayette and wife Kami of Rocky Hill and his three adored grandchildren, Joe, Aiden and Iyla.
