Theresa (Champ) Aiudi, 90, of Wethersfield, loving wife of the late Joseph Aiudi, peacefully passed away on Sunday, July 21, 2024. Theresa was born October 23, 1933 in Hartford, daughter to the late Nicholas D. and Mary (Fanelli) Champ. She was raised in Wethersfield where she attended school, graduating from Wethersfield High School.
Theresa was employed for many years at the Travelers Insurance Company, attaining the position of Supervisor. She was a devout Catholic and a communicant of The Church of the Incarnation, as well as a member of the office staff who gave her time assisting others.
Theresa will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her loving family; a brother and sister-in-law, Nicholas L. and Arline Champ, of South Windsor; three adored nieces, Judi Champ, Christine Champ and Nicole Champ; three great nieces and nephews, Grace, Zane and Dean Dastous; as well as her church family.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated, Monday, August 5, 10:00 a.m. in The Church of the Incarnation of Christ the King Parish, 544 Prospect St., Wethersfield (Attendees are asked to meet directly at the church). Internment will follow the Mass at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 580 Elm St., (Section 14), Rocky Hill.
