Mary Ann (Adams) Michael

Mary Ann Adams Michael, 70, a resident of Mt. Sidney, passed away on Wednesday, January 24, 2024 at the University of Virginia Medical Center in Charlottesville. She was born on January 8, 1954 in Fauquier County and was the daughter of the late William Oscar Adams, Sr. and Dora Louise Burke Adams. Mary worked in telecommunications for 30 years before retiring. On October 23, 1977, she married Frank Michael, who survives. She is also survived by her children, Katie Morris of Harrisonburg, Tammy Rusmisel (Wes) of Bridgewater, David Michael (Beth) of Weyers Cave and Carolyn Michael of Verona; five grandchildren, Shannon and Cody Rusmisel, Ellie, Lincoln and Levi Michael; three sisters and two brothers. In addition to her parents, one brother preceded her in death. The family will receive friends 6-7 pm, Monday, January 29, 2024 at Lebanon Church of the Brethren.
