Mary was an amazing cook. She enjoyed cooking and baking for her family and friends. She was extremely passionate about raising her children and looking after her household. She enjoyed many hobbies; knitting, crocheting, painting, sewing, reading, music, gardening and camping. She and her loving husband Bill spent many evenings watching old movies together and dancing in their younger years. She worked hard at many jobs. She managed a career in hairdressing and worked extensively with the Canadian Girl Guides Association and eventually acquired the position of Commissioner. She worked in Security, Citibank Toronto, the Tourist Bureau in Digby and for the Royal Canadian Legion in Weymouth. She loved and cherished her family dearly. The family would like to thank Bill (Dad) for his dedication and for the wonderful care that he gave her. We will all miss her tremendously.
