Dorothy "Jean" Lynch

Dorothy J. Lynch, 83, of Whiting, NJ passed away on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, at home. Dorothy was born in Paterson, NJ and grew up in New Jersey. She graduated with a BA in nursing and went on to work as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune, NJ.

Dorothy was a woman of great faith who was an active member of Whiting Bible Church. She was a lovely, kind, thoughtful, and special soul who thoroughly enjoyed her cup of tea and loved cats. She was the nicest person on Earth with never an unkind word said. Dorothy was always positive and pleasant, no matter what health issues she faced. She will be dearly missed.

Dorothy loved her faithful companion Chet, her Whiting Bible Church family and each & every one of her cats. She is also survived by several of her cousins.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13, 2026, from 12:00PM to 2:00PM at Anderson Campbell Funeral Home, 115 Lacey Rd. in Whiting, NJ. Funeral Services will begin at 1:30PM at the funeral home.
