

Born in Philadelphia, PA, he lived in Lansdale, PA before moving to Whiting 12 years ago.
He was currently employed as a cook with America’s Keswick in Whiting.
He was a veteran of both the U.S Army and the U.S Marines
Elmer is predeceased by a son Scott and by a brother David
Surviving are his wife Edith Toomes MacKelvey. 2 sons: Daniel and Matthew Sr. Radlbeck. A daughter Heather Dudeck. 2 brothers: Charles MacKelvey and his wife Peggy and Wayne Mackelvey. A sister Linder Alderfer. 5 grandchildren: Mercedes, Matthew, Nina, Angelia and Alexis Radlbeck. Also by a sister-in-law Carol MacKelvey.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 9 – 10 am at America’s Keswick @ the Keswick Colony Chapel , 601 Route # 530, Whiting, NJ.
