Ilene Kay Nemeth

Ilene Kay Nemeth, age 76, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2025, in Whiting, New Jersey.

Born in Rockingham County, Virginia, Ilene grew up on the family farm in Mathias, West Virginia. After high school, she moved to Trenton, NJ. She worked in housekeeping and rose to be a housekeeping director at St. Mary Hospital in Langhorne, PA. Ilene was an excellent judge of character and an exceedingly proficient manager.

She had a warm heart and touched many lives. Ilene was a skilled seamstress and excelled at crocheting, knitting, and crafting. Above all, she was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her daughters, Charlene Bergmaier and Erica Nemeth; granddaughters, Rebecca Bergmaier, Alexa Bergmaier, and Grace Sutton; and son-in-law, Frank Bergmaier. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Nemeth, and her son-in-law, Dave Sutton. In addition, she was blessed with a loving extended family and many cherished friends.

She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
