Billie Fern Robinson Roy, 76, of Wichita Falls, passed from this life on Thursday, February 13, 2020 at her home.

A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at 1:00 PM at Jefferson Street Baptist Church in Wichita Falls with Pastor Robert Kincannon officiating.

Billie was born on March 22, 1943 in El Paso, Texas to Billie and Ruth Culp Robinson. She had lived in Wichita Falls for most of her life and was a member of Jefferson Street Baptist Church. She loved playing piano and organ, working puzzles, crocheting, scrap booking, and feeding her birds. She retired from Wichita Falls Police Dept in 2008.

Survivors include her son: Thomas Cunningham of Wichita Falls; sister: Laurie Hidalgo of Downey, California; grandchildren: Sondra Cunningham and wife Melisa, Stephen Cunningham and wife Brooklyn of Oklahoma City; great-grandchildren: Zaden, Kolsyn, Ace, and Arizona; along with several really close friends in her family of Christians.
