Bobbie Jean Glazebrook of Wichita Falls was born on October 24, 1934 and passed away on October 3, 2023 at age of 88 years of life. Bobbie was born in Wichita Falls to her parents J.W. Cooksey and Lettie Imega Cooksey.
She graduated from W.F. High School in 1953 and was a proud Coyote all her life. She worked for the North Texas State Hospital and retired with 30 years of service. She was married to Harold M. Glazebrook for 72 years before his passing in March 2023. She was an avid member of Texoma Cowboy Church and an active member of the 50+ senior zone. She loved to dance, sing karaoke and exercise at the zone where she was loved by all and a mother figure to many.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents and her sister Donna McKee. She is survived by her daughter Gail Whited and her husband James Whited and her son David Glazebrook and his wife Janice Flores. Her 2 grandchildren Charissa Miles and her husband Steven Miles and Michael Gardner and his wife Chelsea Bilodeau.
She will be loved and missed by all of her family and her many friends she made in life.
A memorial service will be held in the near future at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations to Hospice Of Wichita Falls on 4909 Johnson Road, Wichita Falls, TX 76310 would be greatly appreciated.
