

Chris Kim, a beloved and selfless individual, passed away on December 2, 2025, at the age of 75. Born on January 29, 1950, in Seoul, Korea, Chris was known for her hard-working, resilient, and generous nature, as well as her humorous spirit. She was a resident of Wichita Falls, Texas.
Chris's early life began in Seoul, Korea, where she was born. In 1977, she moved to the United States with her husband, Charles Kim. Together, they raised two children, Judy and Brent, who were born and raised in Wichita Falls, Texas.
Throughout her career, Chris worked at Levi's and Spragg Electric, but she is most fondly remembered for her exceptional sushi skills at Samurai and Hunan.
In July of 1977, Chris married Charles Kim. She was a devoted mother and wife, who, despite maintaining a full-time job, always managed to cook breakfast and dinner for her family. Her dedication to her family was unwavering.
Chris had a passion for thrifting and took great joy in ensuring her family was well-fed. Her personal interests reflected her generous and nurturing nature.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to Texas Oncology and staff, as well as Complete TX Hospice care, for the compassionate care provided to Chris throughout her journey. They also extend their heartfelt thanks to all family and friends who supported Chris by bringing her food when it was difficult for her to eat.
