Clara Faye Morris, longtime resident of Wichita Falls, entered into eternal life on Friday, January 30, 2015 in Burleson, TX. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 3, 2015 from 6:00 until 7:00 PM at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 1:00 PM Wednesday, February 4, 2015 in the Garden of Inspiration of Crestview Memorial Park. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, February 10, 2015 at Living Waters Church, 342 SW Alsbury Blvd., Burleson, TX.
Clara was born February 9, 1929 in Nauvoo, Alabama. She was a member of First Assembly of God in Wichita Falls where she was in the Grandma’s Club. She retired from Sprague Electric. Clara was also a member of Rebekah Lodge, Eastern Star.
Clara was preceded in death by her husband John Wilson “Slim” Morris; two sons, Donald Wayne and John Edwin; her parents and three brothers and one sister.
Clara is survived by her son, Roy Thomas Morris, Sr. and wife Ada; daughter Pamela Jean Lillico and husband Brian; brother, Donald Montgomery; many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.
