Donna Sue Willen

Donna Sue Willen, 68, of Wichita Falls passed away Friday, November 6, 2015. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 10, 2015 at the chapel of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home with Reverend Tom Medley officiating. Interment will follow in Crestview Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 6:00 until 7:30 Monday evening at the funeral home.

Mrs. Willen was born August 21, 1947 in Longview, TX to William A. and Clara (Wiesman) Marshall. She was a longtime resident of Wichita Falls and it was here she married Bud Willen in September of 1983. Donna was a member of University United Methodist Church. She worked at ABB as a Customer Care and Service Representative for over 10 years. There, she helped in organizing the Race for the Cure. She also volunteered with the Fantasy of Lights. Donna enjoyed traveling and loved to work in the yard. She never met a stranger and was a wonderful friend to many and was a great ‘Nannie’.

Donna was preceded in death by her parents and by her loving husband, Bud Willen in 2003.

Surviving are her children, Melisa Glidewell and husband Brad of Wichita Falls, Karie Stegall and husband Daron of McKinney, TX and Brent Willen and wife Anne of Bellevue, WA; grandchildren, Addison and Aubrey Glidewell and Corbin Stegall; sister, Billie Griffin and brother, Jim Marshall, both of Wichita Falls.
