Frank P. Haschke, 86, of Iowa Park, passed from this life on Saturday, March 7, 2026 in Wichita Falls.Frank was born on March 19, 1939 in Victoria, Texas to Frank Gus and Katie Fishbeck Haschke. He married Carolyn Manion on January 28, 1962 at the Sheppard Air Force Chapel in Wichita Falls. He retired after 35 years of Civil Service, HVAC Foreman and had served in the U.S. Air Force.
Frank will be remembered as someone who never met a stranger. Wherever he went, he had a way of striking up a conversation, sharing a laugh, and leaving with a new friend.
One of his greatest passions was traveling the country in his RV with his wife, Connie, showing dogs, an experience that allowed him to see new places and meet wonderful people along the way. He was an instructor in the Obedience Training Club of Wichita Falls and loved his dogs. Within the dog club community, he was someone many people looked up to and respected, always willing to share his knowledge, lend a hand, and encourage others who shared his passion.
He found joy in life’s simple pleasures. Whether he was tending to his garden, fishing with family down at the bay, or enjoying a round of golf, especially with his boys, Richie and Paul.
Frank loved his family. He especially cherished watching his grandchildren grow up to attend their games, performances, and school events. Seeing them pursue their passions brought him endless pride and happiness. He was always excited to welcome and hold a new grandbaby and later in life great grandbabies. Seeing his family grow brought him endless joy.
Frank was also someone who was always willing to lend a helping hand. Friends, neighbors, and even strangers knew they could count on him for advice, encouragement, or simply a friendly conversation. His kindness and warm spirit touched many lives, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
