Jimmy Lee Hamill, Jr. was born in San Diego, CA on November 14, 1963 to Jimmy Lee Hamill, Sr. and Barbara A. Brunson Hamill. He passed away on January, 3, 2022 at his residence in Wichita Falls, TX at the age of 58. He and his family moved to Holiday, TX in 1980 where he attended Holiday High School, his senior year he played football and graduated. He was an electrician for 37 years and a member of International Brotherhood of Electoral Workers Union Local 681. He met his wife Amanda Shields Hamill at his 21st birthday party and later married her on September 28, 1985.
Jimmy is survived by his wife, Amanda Shields Hamill, father, Jimmy Lee Hamill, Sr., two sisters, Shari Lynn Thomason and her son, Tommy Joe Thomason, Dawn Rene Hamill, her daughter Taylor James, a brother, Tom Hamill and son, Thomas Hamill, his three daughters, Amber Nicole Rhodes, Jennifer Lynn Hamill and Tasha Renee Wingfield and his 12 grandchildren, Keith Dewayne Williams, Jr., Kaiden Williams, Malikai Williams, Javeion Holt, Jaiden Wingfield, Taylor Wingfield, Kaiden Wingfield, Veah Wingfield, Jordon Hamill, Makaylee Rhodes, Joselynn Hamill and Janelle Eaves.
Viewing will be at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home on Sunday, January 9, 2022 between 5:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. Funeral services will be Monday, January 10, 2022 at 10:00 A.M. at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home Chapel. With a Graveside to follow at Highland Cemetery, on Rogers Road, Iowa Park, TX.
