Kevin Scott Sparks, 49, of Burkburnett died Sunday, January 3, 2010 in Wichita Falls. Services have been scheduled for 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 8, 2010 at First Baptist Church in Burkburnett officiated by Pastor Pete Wylie. The committal service will follow at Crestview Memorial Park directed by Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. Kevin was born August 18, 1960 in Wichita Falls to Billy Jo and Doris Rose (Hall) Sparks. He married Adie Parris July 25, 1992 in Frederick, OK. He was the owner of Kevin Scott Sparks, P.C.,CPA in Burkburnett. He was a member of Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana Society of CPA’s. He was a member of Key West Masonic Lodge 257, and Kappa Sigma Fraternity.Mr. Sparks is preceded in death by his father, Billy Jo Sparks in 2009. Survivors include his loving wife of 17 years, Adie Sparks; children, Jake Parris of Burkburnett, Kevin Sparks and twin Kanda Sparks of Sunset, Jade Sparks of Burkburnett; mother, Doris Price of Wichita Falls; and brothers and sister-in-law, Jody Sparks and Marty and Barbara Sparks all of Wichita Falls. Visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 p.m., Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home. If desired memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.
