Graveside Services will be held at 11 A.M. Monday August 30, 2021 at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park in Wichita Falls, Texas. Visitation will be held Sunday Evening from 5-7 P.M. Arrangements are under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home.
Mary was born in Texarkana, AR on April 9, 1931 to Claude A. and Paralee (Nield) Tanner. She worked for Eyewear by Optics and was a member of the First Baptist Church Wichita Falls, TX.
Survivors include, daughter, Suzy McGhee and husband, Steve, grandchildren, Stacey Whitaker and husband, Bruce, Bubba Garrett and wife, Judy, Brandi Dubose and husband, Kevin, 4 great grandchildren, Brycen, Brady, Brennan Whitaker, Colby Moore and 5 great great grandchildren.
Preceded in death by her parents, husband, Jake Garrett, son, Butch Garrett, husband, Videl Swafford.
