Manuela Pando Muniz

Manuela Pando Muniz, 66, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2010 in El Paso, TX. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 15, 2010 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Graveside Services will follow at Crestview Memorial Park under the direction of Hampton Vaughan Funeral Home.

Mrs. Muniz was born on May 8, 1944 in Julimes, Chihuahua Mexico to Juan and Josephina (Carrasco) Pando. She married Felipe Muniz on August 9, 1959 in Julimes, and was a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Wichita Falls. She was a homemaker who enjoyed shopping and loved caring for her kids and grandkids. She is preceded in death by her parents, one daughter, Hilda Pasvogel, and one brother, Salvador Pando.

Surviving relatives include her husband, Felipe Muniz of Wichita Falls; her children, Mary Aranda, Felipe Muniz, Jr., Efriam Muniz, Antonio Muniz, Teresa Valadez, Arnoldo Muniz, Araceli McMahon, and Armando Muniz, all of Wichita Falls; three sisters, Amelia Lerma of Wichita Falls, Concepicion Muniz of Sherman, TX, and Rosa Aceves of Wichita Falls; four brothers, Juan Pando of Wichita Falls, Jorge Pando of Tulsa, OK, Jesus Pando of Julimes, Chihuahua, Mexico; and Antonio Pando of Wichita Falls; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
