Michael Wimberley

Michael "Mike" Wimberley, beloved husband, father and Poppaw, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, November 6, 2021. He was an inspiration to many who knew him through his strong faith and spirit and his beautiful testimony of his love for Jesus. He was a member of Faith Baptist Church.

Mike enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He loved to talk and tell stories. He loved fishing, singing and believed there was a sermon in every song. He loved to sit and play his harmonica and was member of Faith Baptist Choir. Mike also spent 13 years volunteering and Adult Literacy.

He is preceded in death by his son, Kevin, his parents, Harold and Elizabeth, brother, Steve and sister Sharon.

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Debbie, his son, Kirk and daughter-in-law, Courtney, his daughter-in-law, Katerina, sister, Linda and brother-in-law, Ralph, brother-in-law, Ken and 10 grandchildren.

A visitation for Michael will be held Thursday, November 11, 2021 from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas. A graveside service will occur Friday, November 12, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Memorial Park, 1917 Archer City Highway, Wichita Falls, Texas.

To those who desire, memorials may be given to Faith Baptist Choir.
