Services will be held 10 AM Tuesday February 16, 2021 at Hampton Vaughan Crestview Funeral Home Chapel. She will lay in state Monday February 15, 2021 until time of service.
Peggy was born August 22, 1930 in Wichita Falls to James K. and Bernice (Wilson) Edgemon. She was a housewife and a member of the City View Baptist Church in Wichita Falls, TX.
Survivors include her daughter, Cathy Ritter and her husband Thomas; grandchild, Cody Reynolds and wife Jill, 3 great grandchildren, Lyla, Lucy, and Logan.
Preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bill Bowman; daughter, Carol Bowman; 6 sisters; 2 brothers.
